Rock necropolis, Shiroko pole village
Rock necropolis, Shiroko pole village Some cut in the rocks graves are found around 200-300m under the “Monyak” fortress eleva-tion. They have a quadrangular plan and a trapezoid vertical and horizontal section. They were hewn in the rock in a way that their opening to coincide with ground level. Grooves can be seen on some, as they were closed from above. One of the graves impresses with its size. Pre-sumably this is the double “royalty grave” as local people call it. There is a smaller grave on its western side and a part of a dug in cross. Note: The place is easy to reach and can be combined with a route to “Monyak” fortress.
